Gemma joined Atwell Martin in 2017 having worked in the lettings industry for seven years. Gemma primarily oversees property management completing property inspections and organising maintenance, liaising with contractors and ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard and in a timely fashion whilst keeping Landlords and Tenants updated with progress. As well as this Gemma assists with the lettings administration arranging referencing, move-ins and renewing tenancies.
